From the staff at the front desk, the vet techs, and Dr. Black, this place is amazing and the best vet I’ve been to. My dog Milo had trouble breathing and even though they were at capacity, they took him right away and rushed him back. They were transparent with everything and as soon as they knew he was okay they let me know, and didn’t make me wait anxiously. They were kind, efficient, and everything a vet’s office should be. Thank you for helping my dog, I am so thankful.

Wonderful, caring team of professionals. We’ve had to bring our pets here due to emergencies a number of times and they have always been kind, understanding and honest about treatment options. They are a awesome staff .I has bought my little girl in .I honestly thought it was a infection. After Dr black ran blood work and x-ray I received the bad news. They are so kind and do everything to keep my little love comfortable. I truly from the bottom of my heart would like to thanks the staff that was there the night of July 7th..with the meds Dr black gave me for her she is eating the pain meds is Definitely working .again thanks a million. I know it have her shot time but she comfortable.

Everyone was friendly and courteous. I felt confident the doctor was knowledgeable and sensitive to my situation. The treatment was professional and very affordable! As a new kitty mom, I was offered lots of free advice and support. I hope I never need it again but in an emergency, I will not think twice to visit the Animal Hospital in Kingston! Many thanks to the staff! Here’s Princess Jasmine who it turns out is a male 😆 and an interesting moth that parked itself on my car while visiting the hospital.

We had to bring our beloved dog Misty in for an emergency right around Xmas, so the wait was understandably long. Skipping medical details here, they did everything they could but she has to be put to sleep. I can not stress this enough: The staff were so beyond compassionate, caring, respectful and amazing angels! They really helped so much on what was one of the most brutally emotional days of our lives, and Misty was cared for, comfortable, and slipped away as peaceful as could be. I can not express in words how grateful I am for the Loving staff here.

I went in during one of snow storms a nd I got there I was the first in they saw my cat check her over and I was out in no time the staff was wonderful friendly and very caring. And took their time to explain things to me and ask if I had any concerns and recommend what todo for my cat. I was very happy with The Emergency Animal Clinic of the Hudson Valley .

We had to put down 2 of my beloved cats here. Compassionate. Dr. Black is truly an angel. Let me have as much time as I needed. I highly recommend this place if it’s after hours and you HAVE to have your pet seen asap. I miss my cats so much but at least they’re no longer in pain and they made the process easier and kind. Thank you. Visited early 2020..and again tonight. RIP my dear sweet ones.

Brought my dog Conor in at 2am. I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. They really looked out for us. The doctor and staff were great and pleasant. Explained thoroughly what was going on with him and our options. It is still to early to tell if he is going to be ok. Sometimes you have to hear things that you don’t want to hear as a parent. But I will always take the words from a straight shooter anytime, and the doctor did just that. Thanks to everyone there.
